Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Shakti Servo products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts from the date of product dispatch from our warehouse.

Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects in the following components:

  • Dimmer
  • Motor
  • Transformer
  • Control Card / PCB

If any of the above components fail due to a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or the defective part will be replaced as per company policy.

2. Conditions Where Warranty Will NOT Be Applicable

Warranty will not be applicable if any component is found burned or damaged due to external conditions or misuse.

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

High Voltage

If the input voltage exceeds the range specified on the product range plate and damage occurs due to over-voltage conditions.

Overload Condition

If the stabilizer is used beyond its rated load capacity, causing overload and damage to internal components.

Improper Usage
  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper electrical connections
  • Usage beyond specified operating limits
Physical Damage
  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Damage due to external electrical faults

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged during transit
  • Product received defective due to manufacturing fault

To request a return:

  1. Customer must inform us within 48 hours of product delivery.
  2. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase must be provided.

After inspection, Shakti Servo may approve:

  • Replacement of the product
  • OR
  • Repair under warranty

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • Product is unavailable for exchange

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service:

  1. Contact our support team with:
  • Invoice / purchase proof
  • Product model details
  • Issue description
  1. Our technical team will verify the issue.
  2. If eligible, the product will be:
  • Repaired
  • OR
  • Defective component replaced

6. Important Note

Customers must ensure that the input voltage remains within the specified range mentioned on the stabilizer range plate. Damage caused due to over-voltage or overload conditions will not be covered under warranty.
